| ADMISSION POLICY Mellow Valley Christian Academy’s admissions policy does not discriminate based on race, color, national or ethnic origin. MVCA will accept any religious affiliation, but the religion must not interfere with adopted standards of behavior for MVCA students. The key to any admission will be cooperation with faculty and administration. In order to attend MVCA, parents and students should want to be a part of this special institution. A visit with the Principal should cover any part of the program that would be in question. | |  | REGISTRATION AND ENROLLMENT Students are required to pay a $100 registration fee in order to enroll at MVCA. This is a yearly registration fee. Students must be enrolled by a parent or legal guardian. | TUITION Tuition for K3-K4 is $2100 per year or 10 monthly payments of $210.00. K5 thru 12th grade first child is $1850.00 per year or 10 monthly payments of $185.00. Any additional children for K5 thru 12th grade is $1750.00 per year or $175.00 per month. K3-K4 students do not qualify for the multi-child discount. Payment is to be made by the 1st day of the month. Any payment made after the 10th will be considered late. All tuition accounts carried past the 10th of the current month for which tuition is due will be charged a $15.00 late fee. Also, a $25.00 check fee will be charged to any account whose check is returned by the bank. Students attending one day or more of any month will owe full tuition for that month. Permanent records will not be released to any school until the student’s account is paid in full. No student will be admitted for the following school term if there is a balance due on their account. Any legal fees incurred by the school in an effort to collect on past due accounts will be paid by the parent/guardian. | | | | FEES There is a $200 book fee per child per year. This fee covers the purchase of books, standardized tests, membership in the ACEA, and student accident insurance. Additional fees, such as lab fees, depend on the course taken. MVCA reserves the right to reject any application or refuse to enroll any student at the discretion of the Administration and Board of Directors. The Administration or School Board Members reserves the right to request the withdrawal of a student for the overall safety and welfare of students/staff at MVCA. | | |
