will use the King James Version of the Holy
Bible for its Christian teaching. There will be nothing taken away nor added to
it.
The basis for our statement is as follows:
I) I believe the Holy Bible to be the inspired work and only infallible,
authoritative, inerrant Word of God. (II Tim. 3:16, II Pet. 1:21)

 

II) I believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, and
His sinless life, in His miracles, in His atoning death through His shed
blood, in His bodily resurrection, in his ascension to the right hand of
the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory. (Is. 7:14,
Matt. 2:23, John 11:25, John 14:1-3, Acts 1:11, 11:25, Heb. 4:14:
7:25-28: 9:12.)

 

III) I believe that man is born in sin, but that God has provided redemption
through His Son, Jesus. (Isaiah 53:6, Rom. 5:12, I Pet. 1:18-21.)

 

IV) I believe in the spiritual unity of believers in the Lord Jesus Christ.
(Rom 8:9, I Cor. 12:12-13, Gal. 3:26-28.)

 

V) I believe in the creation of man by the direct act of God. (Gen 1:26-28,
Gen 2:7, Gen 5:1-2.).

 

 

 

STATEMENT ON HUMAN SEXUALITY

 

I) We believe that God has commanded that no intimate sexual activity be
engaged in outside of a marriage between a man and a woman. We
believe that any form of homosexuality, lesbianism, bisexuality, bestiality,
incest, fornication, adultery, and pornography are sinful perversions
of God’s gift of sex. We believe that God disapproves of and
forbids any attempt to alter one’s gender by surgery or appearance.
(Gen. 2:24; Gen. 19:5, 13; Gen. 26:8-9;Lev. 18:1-30; Rom. 1:26-29;
I Cor. 5:1; 6:9; I Thess. 4:1-8; Heb. 13:4)

 

II) We believe that the only legitimate marriage is the joining of one man
and one woman. (Gen. 2:24; Rom. 7:2; I Cor. 7:10; Eph. 5:22-23)
